Sadie Cutler

My name is Sadie Cutler, and I graduated from Macalester College in spring 2026 with a major in Geology and a minor in Biology. I joined the Kang Lab in fall 2025 after attending Hydrocamp, and since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work as a lab assistant both in the lab and in the field. I also helped to develop field data management tools for the 2026 MLAC campaign. I’m excited to continue working with hydrogeology and hope to pursue a career in it!

Outside of hydrogeology, I’m a huge bug lover—especially when it comes to bees! I’m also a triathlete, with biking being my favorite of the three sports. You will most likely find me biking around the Twin Cities lakes or in the wild scavenging for bugs.
